17-14-4. Granting of parole prior to completion of one-third of sentence conditioned on restitution. Notwithstanding any provision of Code Section 42-9-45 to the contrary, the State Board of Pardons and Paroles may grant parole prior to the completion of one-third of the sentence if restitution is ordered as a condition of the parole.
