Section Overview

16-13-95. Effect of article on laws or ordinances of counties and municipalities. No provisions in this article shall be construed to repeal or limit laws or ordinances of the governing authority of any county or municipality regulating, restricting, or prohibiting the sale of model glue to any person under the age of 18, nor shall this article restrict the governing authority of any county or municipality from enacting ordinances or regulations governing the regulation of model glue not inconsistent with this article.
