The 2016 amendment, effective July 1, 2016, substituted "two years" for "one year" throughout subsection (e). The 2017 amendment, effective July 1, 2017, substituted "department" for "agency" throughout this Code section; substituted "purposes of the PDMP" for "purposes of the program established pursuant to Code Section 16-13-57" in the first sentence of the introductory paragraph of subsection (a); in subsection (b), substituted "established by the department at least every 24 hours" for "and frequency requirements established by the agency on at least a weekly basis and shall report, at a minimum, such prescription information no later than ten days after the prescription is dispensed" in the first sentence and inserted "immediately" following "dispenser shall" in the second sentence; a...
