JUDICIAL DECISIONS Editor's notes. - Many of the cases noted below were decided prior to the 1994 amendment of subsection (d). Statute is not unconstitutionally vague. - O.C.G.A. § 16-12-1(b)(2), even strictly construed, provided adequate notice to a person of common understanding that leaving a three-year-old child with a violent third party who had previously beaten the child and who was under the influence of methamphetamine and then locking the child in a bathroom instead of promptly seeking medical attention for the multiple skull fractures inflicted on the child by the third party was prohibited conduct.
