General Consideration Editor's notes. - In light of the similarity of the statutory provisions, decisions under former Code 1933, § 26-2903 are included in the annotations for this Code section. Constitutionality. - Wording of O.C.G.A. § 16-11-126 , particularly defining as a concealed weapon "any . . . knife designed for the purpose of offense and defense," is not facially unconstitutional, and, since there was no evidence in the record of what kind of knife defendant had in defendant's possession, the statute would not be declared void for vagueness.
