16-11-11. Dissolution of subversive organizations; revocation of charter, funds, books, and records. It shall be unlawful for any subversive organization or foreign subversive organization to exist or function in this state. Any organization which by a court of competent jurisdiction is found to have violated this Code section shall be dissolved and, if it is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of this state, a finding by a court of competent jurisdiction that it has violated this Code section shall constitute legal cause for revocation of its charter and its charter shall be revoked.
