It also contains procedures for fingerprint processing, and the seizure of electronic data storage devices. 58.2 POLICY: It is Winter Garden Police Department policy that all property/evidence coming within its control is properly recovered, uniformly submitted, and efficiently and accurately maintained for accountability. To ensure the condition of evidence is preserved during and after its collection, the following procedures apply. 58.3 SCOPE: It is Winter Garden Police Department policy that qualified personnel are available on a 24- hour basis to process a crime scene or traffic crash.
