156.0DEATHS - INFANT

A.The following procedures will be adhered to in handling all infant deaths.
1.The supervisor will immediately respond to the scene.
2.The Chief of Police or his/her designee and Miami Dade Police Homicide should
be notified ASAP.
3.All infant deaths should be treated as a Homicide, and procedures in Section
154.0 should be followed.
