University of California, San Francisco Police Department General Orders 10.2 Multiple Arrest Procedures 10.2.16 Food and Sanitation Facilities (Issued: 6/25/07) The UCSF Police Department does not have a holding facility. Food and sanitation facilities are provided at the County Jail. (See General Order 4.6.4, “Adult Custody Procedures.”) Arrestees are usually transported directly to the San Francisco County Jail for processing. The Incident Commander shall determine what facilities need to be provided at a field booking site and ensure that provisions fo r these necessities are made.
