University of California, San Francisco Police Department General Orders 10.2 Multiple Arrest Procedures 10.2.12 Juveniles Arrested (Issued: 6/25/07) A. If a large number of juvenile arrests are expected, the Incident Commander shall notify the SFPD Identification Bureau and the San Francisco County Youth Guidance Center. B. Juvenile arrestees are processed at Community Assessment and Referral Center unless they have committed a felony. In this case, they would be b ooked at Youth Guidance Center. Processing shall be in accordance with General Order 4.9.8, “Custody Procedure.”
