10.2 Multiple Arrest Procedures
10.2.2 Liaison (Issued: 6/25/07)
The Incident Commander shall be the liaison in the pre -planning stage with the court and the
District Attorney whe n mass arrests are anticipated. In addition, the District Attorney’s office
shall be consulted to ensure that necessary requirements for charging violators are met.
