8.5 Records: Operations
8.5.2 Records Operation (Revised: 11/3/25 )
A. The ECC maintains a repository of records , including :
1. Vehicle reports (CHP 180)
2. Expunged juvenile records (held for two years from date of court -ordered
expungement)
3. Restraining orders.
B. The Records Unit maintains a repository of records, including :
1. Traffic citations (agency copy).
