8.3.6 Separation of Emergency and Non -emergency Calls (Revised 11/15/10 )
The ECC has three 9 -1-1 trunk lines to accommodate incoming emergency telephone calls to
significantly reduce the possibility of a busy signal on any 9 -1-1 emergency line. Three non -
emergency telephone lines are designated for outgoing calls only and thre e telephone lines are
dedicated for non -emergency incoming calls.
