University of California, San Francisco Police Department General Orders 7.3 Emergency and Electronic Access Closure s 7.3.4 Electronic Access Closure – System Testing, Process and Reports (Revised: 7/18/18) A. The effectiveness of the Electronic Access Closure system depends on ECC personnel being able to quickly implement a closure. For this reason, the TSD Director must verify that all ECC staff members have the capacity to carry out this function on a quarter ly basis. A quarterly report summarizing these results shall be forwarded to the Field Services Division (FSD) Commander . B. Each quarter, the FSD Commander will ensure a test of the Electronic Access Closure system is completed. The test shall include a confirmation of the system’s viability at one building at each of the following locations: Parnassus, Mission Bay, Laurel Heights and Mission Center Building. The completed test will be reflected on a report and forwarded to the Chief of Police. A copy of the report will also be forwarded to the PSD Commander for CALEA purposes. C. Any issues revealed during the above tests that indicate a need for additional groups or sub-groups on the lock down lists or at a new building shall be communicated to the WeID Supervisor, so a further review of the additions can be implemented.
