University of California, San Francisco Police Department General Orders 5.15 Organized Crime and Vice Control: Organization and Administration 5.15.4 Organized Crime Authority (Revised: 8/1/14) The Investigations Unit is responsible for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, disseminating and filing any and all information on persons and/or groups or organizations that engage in activities defined as criminal or potentially criminal by UC Policy, city ordinance or state an d federal statutes. The Investigations Lieutenant is responsible for the supervision, evaluation and determination of resources used for organized crime suppression.
