5.14 Criminal Intelligence: Facilities and Equipment
5.14.2 Intelligence Files Security (Revised: 8/1/14)
Because of the sensitive nature of intelligence information, intelligence files will be maintained
in the Investigations Unit Lieutenant’s office in a locked file cabinet. Access to these records
shall be limited to those persons designated by the Chief of Police.
