5.4.1 Domestic Violence Policy (Issued : 6/25/07 )
It is the policy of the UCSF Police Department to utilize thorough investigative techniques to
increase the likelihood of successfully prosecuting domestic violence cases, to take appropriate
enforcement action if a violation of law has occurred and to ensure all parties involved are fully
informed as to their rights and responsibilities in domestic violence situations.
