5.1 Criminal Investigations: Organization and Administration
5.1.10 Monthly Activity Report (Revised: 8/1/14)
Investigations staff shall keep a monthly activity sheet as directed by their supervisor, which will
be turned in to their supervisor at the end of each month. The Investigations Lieutenant will
prepare and submit a monthly report to the FSD Captain and Chief of Police.
