4.28 Campus Safety Escort Service
4.28.2 Procedure for Requesting Service (Revised: 4/5/22 )
A. UCSF Locations with On -site Security Personnel
Individuals requesting a safety escort at a UCSF location with on -site security personnel
should stop by or call the security service desk. A public safety ambassador, health safety
ambassador or police officer will be assigned to accompany them to their d estination.
B. UCSF Locations with No On-site Security or When Security Cannot Be Reached
Individuals requesting a safety escort at a UCSF location where there is no on -site
security or when Security cannot be reached should dial Dispatch at 415-476-1414 .
Dispatch personnel will assign a police officer to serve as an escort .
