4.17 Traffic Direction and Control
4.17.10 Manual Operation of Traffic Control Signals (Issued: 2/22/08)
UCPD does not have access to manually control or operate traffic control signals. Any
malfunction or manual operation of traffic control signal devices shall be referred to the San
Francisco Department of Public Works.
