4.7 Patrol Operations: Vehicle Equipment and Uniform
4.7.5 Use of Safety Restraints (Issued: 6/25/07)
A. All Police Department personnel will use seat belts in accordance with State law when
driving or riding in any Police Department vehicle.
B. All passengers or prisoners being transported in a Police Department vehicle will use seat
belts in accordance with State law.
