3.43.4 Financial Statement Disclosure (Revised: 1/6/25 )
Per Government Code § 3308, no sworn officer may be compelled to disclose personal financial
information , except under the following circumstances :
A. Pursuant to state law or proper legal process
B. Information exists that tends to indicate a conflict of interest with official duties .
