3.41 Performance Evaluation: Utilization
3.41.4 Explanatory Narrative (Revised : 2/2/11 )
When a performance rating in any specific performance area is “Consistently Exceeds/Superior”
or “Fails to Meet/Unsatisfactory,” or “Not Responding to Training” (NRT) category, raters will
provide explanatory comments in the spaces provided on the form.
