3.40 Performance Evaluation: Management
3.40.1 Supervisors as Raters (Issued: 6/25/07)
The rater of the member will be the immediate supervisor at the end of the rating period. In
those cases where a member worked for more than one supervisor during the rating period the
rater should contact the other supervisor(s) for additional information relevant to the evaluation.
