3.39 Performance Evaluation: Organization
3.39.7 Evaluation Review – Member (Issued: 6/25/07)
The evaluator will discuss the contents of the performance evaluation with the member being
evaluated in detail. Upon completion of the discussion, the member will be provided the
opportunity to add his/her comments to the evaluation. The employee will then be requested to
sign the evaluation to acknowledge receipt. Signing the evaluation does not indicate concurrence
with its contents by the employee. If the member refuses to sign the evaluation, the evaluator
will note this on the form along with the reason given, if any.
