3.39 Performance Evaluation: Organization
3.39.6 Evaluation Review – Supervisor (Issued: 6/25/07)
In cases where there is disagreement between the evaluator and supervisor, the two parties will
discuss the discrepancy. If agreement cannot be reached, the evaluation will be submitted as
prepared by the evaluator with the reviewing supervisor’s comments . It is then the responsibility
of the evaluator’s supervisor to ensure the evaluator has received adequate and appropriate
evaluation preparation training.
