3.24.10 Annual Evaluation of Selection Process (Revised : 2/2/11 )
Selection processes shall be evaluated at their conclusion to ensure effectiveness in attracting and
selecting ethnically and gender diverse, as well as the best -qualified candidates. Input regarding
the effectiveness of recruitment processes and selection instruments may be obtained from the:
A. UCSF Human Resources Department
B. UCSF Office of Affirmative Action, Equal Opportu nity and Diversity
C. Applicants
D. Other selection process participants
E. Testing instrument results
F. Probationary and longer term performance of hired applicants.
