3.22 Recruitment: Job Announcements and Publicity
3.22.2 Job Vacancy Publicity (Issued: 6/25/07)
The Police Department Job Announcements will be publicized with an application filing
deadline to allow potential candidates adequate time to respond to the recruitment.
According to UCSF Recruitment and Selection Procedures the university will accept applications
for all new position openings for a minimum of fourteen calendar days. Sworn promotional
recruitment for Police Sergeant and Lieutenant will be open for a minimum of thirty calendar
days .
