3.11 Collective Bargaining: Contract Management
3.11.2 Training of Supervisory and Management Personnel (Revised: 8/25/21 )
To ensure that supervisory and management personnel are thoroughly familiar with the
contractual terms affecting the personnel they supervise, the Chief of Police will:
A. Provide access to the contractual agreement to the supervisor and management personnel
via the UC Office of the President website.
B. Provide in -service training on contract management and any changes resulting from the
new agreement.
