3.10.1 Agency Role in Collective Bargaining (Issued: 6/25/07)
During collective bargaining, the UC Office of the President Labor Relations Unit, the UC
Coordinator of Police Service, other UC Chiefs of Police, police managers and personnel
bargaining units come together to seek mutually agreed upon contracts for a de signated duration.
