University of California, San Francisco Police Department General Orders 3.8 Compensation, Benefits and Conditions of Work: Benefits 3.8.7 Retirement (Issued: 6/25/07) The University of California provides retirement benefits for personnel through the UC Retirement Plan (UCRP). Retirement benefits are described in UCRP literature at the UCOP website, UCSF Human Resources website and in the employee’s respective labor agreement. The University of California also offers optional deferred compensation plans to personnel.
