University of California, San Francisco Police Department General Orders 3.8 Compensation, Benefits and Conditions of Work: Benefits 3.8.2 Fringe Benefits (Revised: 2/4/20 ) Benefits for the University of California and the Police Department represented personnel are mutually agreed upon through the collective bargaining contracts negotiated with the member’s respective bargaining unit. Non-represented personnel benefits are covered in the Personnel Policies for Staf f Members (PPSM) , which is a system -wide UC policy governed by the University of California Office of the President. The following documents provide a reference for benefit s afforded to UCSF personnel: A. University of California Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM) B. Federated University Police Officers Associ ation (FUPOA) labor agreement C. Ameri can Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) labor agreement D. Teamster CX -unit (CX) labor agreement.
