3.7.3 Salary Augmentation (Issued: 6/25/07)
Salary augmentation is pay added to a member’s base salary. Such pay includes overtime,
incentive pay and working out of class or acting in capacity/stipend pay. Such compensation is
set forth in the member’s respective bargaining agreement or by Personnel Policies for Staff
Members online.
