3.4 Allocation and Distribution of Personnel
3.4.3 Periodic Assessment (Revised: 8/20/19 )
The Chief of Police or his /her designee will conduct a documented , quadrennial review of the
Police Department organizational structure and distribution of personnel as a part of the budget
process to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness, appropriate spans of control,
distribution of work and delegated responsibility.
