University of California, San Francisco Police Department General Orders 1 2.6 Fiscal Management 2.6.15 Supplemental and Emergency Fund Requests (Revised: 11/15/10) Supplemental and Emergency Fund transfers may be initiated and approved by the Chief of Police as follows: A. Emergency Purchases, according to section 2.6.15, “Supplemental and Emergency Fund Requests” of this General Order B. Budget Adjustment or tr ansfer of funds from one purchasing classification to another, according to the Police Department purchasing pr ocedures C. If no other alternatives are available and the funding requirement can be justified to the SVC FAS , as set forth in the UCSF budget request process. Supplemental budget requests must be approved and submitted by the Chief of Police.
