1.7 Contractual Agreements for Law Enforcement Services
1.7.10 Provider Agency/Control Over Personnel (Issued: 2/22/0 8)
Any contract entered into by the UCSF Police Department for law enforcement services shall
contain statements identifying the type and extent of services to be provided. Every contract
shall ensure UCSF Officers have all powers and authority vested in them as public law
enforcement officers and include:
A. UCSF Officers shall not perform or be request ed to perform any services other than
policing services.
B. UCSF officers shall at all times be considered UCSF employees.
