1.7 Contractual Agreements for Law Enforcement Services
1.7.6 Duration, Modification and Termination (Revised : 7/18/18)
A. Any contract entered into by the Department shall include language that states the
effective beginning and termination dates and procedures for modifying the agreement,
including continuation or termination of the agreement.
B. Each contract and agreement will be reviewed annually by the PSD Commander and
Business Manager .
