1.7 Contractual Agreements for Law Enforcement Services
1.7.2 Written Agreement (Revised: 7/18/18)
Should the UCSF Police Department agree to provide contract services, a written agreement will
be entered into between the Department and the entity requesting contractual law enforcement
services. The contract will comply with all legal, financial and Uni versity policies. The UCSF
Police Department contract review process will be followed prior to services being rendered. The
PSD Commander and Financial Services Business Center Partner shall review the contract
before sending it to the Chief of Police, who shall determine final approval of all contractual
agreements.
