This general order defines the Department 's organization and organizational structure. B. The Department applies basic organizational principles to ensure unity of command, delineation of responsibility, delegation of authority, organizational communication and career development opportunity. C. Structure 1. The D epartment is organized into five divisions: a. Office of the Chief b. Field Services Division (FSD) c. Professional Standards Division (PSD) d. Security Services Division (SSD) e. Technical Services Division (TSD). 2. The Office of the Chief is managed by the Chief of Police .
