Its purpose is also to ensure job descriptions are current and available to all personnel. PS102. 1.2 ACCREDITATION STANDARDS This p rocedure pertains to the following CALEA S tandards: 21.1.1, 21.2.1 , 21.2.2 This procedure pertains to the following General Orders: N/A PS102. 2 JOB CLASS SPECIFICATIONS The class specification s of position s are maintained by the city’s Human Resources D epartment . This information is accessible to all employees located on the Intranet. The class specification s of each position outline the duties, responsibilities, and qualification requirements . Compensation information for each position is also located on the Intranet. The department will conduct a review of class specifications in conjunction with recruitment efforts. In addition, class specifications for all positions within the police department will be reviewed at least every four years , and revised as needed upon review .
