Because of technical advances and varying manufacturer nomenclature, this policy will generically refer to all Personal Communication Devices (PCD) as such, but is intended to include all mobile phones, Personal Digital Assistants (PDA), and other such wireless two -way communication and/or portable Internet access devices. 702.1.1 ACCREDITATION STANDARDS This section pertains to the following CALEA Standards: 41.3.4 702.2 USE OF PERSONAL COMMUNICATION DEVICES All employees shall be familiar with, follow, and be held accountable for, t he City of Tustin Communication Equipment Policy available on the City’s Intranet , under the quick link “City Guidelines and Procedures.”
