Revised 10/2025 1 of 1 Department Organizational Chart PATROL DIVISION Commanded by the Patrol Captain and divided into the following units. All staffing levels set by the Chief of Police. Squad 1A: Supervised by a Sergeant and Corporal. Squad 1B: Supervised by a Sergeant and Corporal. Squad 3A: Supervised by a Sergeant and Corporal. Squad 3B: Supervised by a Sergeant and Corporal. Community Liaison Unit: Supervised by a Sergeant . Marine Unit: Supervised by the Sergeant of the Community Liaison unit . Traffic Fatality Unit: Supervised by the TFU Supervisor and staffed by sworn members, as secondary assignments. Reserve Program: Supervised by the Reserve Captain. SERVICES DIVISION Commanded by a Civilian Commander and divided into the following units. Public Safety Telec ommunications Unit: Supervised by two Public Safety Telec ommunications Supervisor s and staffed by Public Safety Telec ommunicat ors. Staffing level set by the Chief of Police. Volunteers: Supervised by the Division Commander and staffed with Civilian Volunteers at a level set by the Chief of Police. INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES DIVISION Commanded by the ISD Captain and divided into the following units. All staffing levels set by the Chief of Police. Criminal Investigations Unit: Supervised by a Sergeant and Corporal. Special Enforcement Unit: Supervised by a Sergeant and Corporal . Includes the traffic unit. Crime Scene Unit / Property Unit: Supervised by the ISD Captain and staffed with two civilian members. Training Coordinator: Consisting of one officer who is a certified instructor. Special Operations Unit: SWAT and CRT, each supervised by their own respective team leaders and staffed by members as secondary assignments, at levels set by the Chief of Police. CHIEF OF POLICE Chief of Police Executive Assistant to the Chi ef PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS Supervised by a Sergeant. Staffing levels set by the Chief of Police. Grants Manag ement , Purchasing , Budget , Special Projects . Administrative Assistant: Supervised by the Deputy Chief . Records Unit: Supervised by the Records Manager and staffed by one Records Clerk.
