A. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to establish the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department’s active role in promoting and
protecting all citizens against intimidation, harassment, and criminal acts that are based on race, religion, ethnicity,
color, ancestry, sexual orientation, national origin, homeless status, mental or physical disability and/or advanced
age.
