A. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to establish procedures for members of the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department
responding to domestic violence incidents in compliance with Florida Statutes §741.29 and §943.1701.. In addition,
this policy establishes guidelines for serving injunctions for protection against domestic, dating, and repeat violence.
