A. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to establish procedures for the towing of vehicles, vessels and aircraft; the process of
placing and lifting a hold on a vehicle, vessel and aircraft; and the procedures for safeguarding the vehicle, vessel
and aircraft and its contents.
