A. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines and procedures for the submission of evidence by members of
the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department. The policy aims to ensure the proper handling, preservation, and
submission of evidence, while maintaining its integrity and admissibility in a legal proceeding.
