A. Records personnel, upon request or unless otherwise designated, will compile
quarterly reports of the City of South Miami jurisdiction to determine the amount
of activity, per incident type, in the City and/or in each zone area. These reports
will be distributed to various divisions and supervisors for review and
consideration.
