DEFINITIONS:
A. AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL (ATC) – A service operated by appropriate authority to promote
the safe, orderly and expeditious flow of air traffic.
B. CREW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (CRM) – The effective use of all available resources for
flight personnel to assure a safe and efficient operation, reducing error, avoiding stress
and increasing efficiency.
