On 01/31/2024 , PSIT and Axon began installing the new AXON Fleet 3 in-car cameras in all patrol vehicles.
This process will take approx imately two to three months to complete.
Prior to operating a vehicle equipped with the Axon F leet 3 ICC, ensure that you review the accompanying
Axon Fleet 3 Training presentation – Availabl e on AMS [AXON Fleet 3 ].
Major changes inclu de, but are not limited to:
1. Axon “FLEET Dashboard” will replace the “Fleet XL” application on MDCs.
2. Fleet 3 cameras have integrated License Plate Reader (LPR) technology and users are required to
acknowledge LPR hits (e.g., Correct, Incorrect, or Review ).
• LPR s cans are stored in Evidence.com and accessible via Flock Safety .
