Work Release
Promissory Notes
The purpose of this Order is to e stablish polici es and guidelin es to hold participants
accountable for fees associated fo r our programs: Alternative Sentencing Program,
Home Detention Program and Work Release Program.
I. Policy Statement
The Work Release Division Fina nce Unit will do a one-on-one fin ancial evaluation to
determine the amount each parti cipant is responsible to pay. M ost participants are set
on a monthly repayment plan. T hese programs allow the offender s/ participants to be
contributing members of society w hile satisfying their court co mmitment, as well as
holding them financially respons ible for part of their fees.
